Including shipping, I paid $30 for the keychain. The keychain itself cost $12 at the time.
And what did I get for this amount? A defective product and no contact with me through the communication channel provided by the service itself.
Honestly, if I had received a response within three days, I wouldn't have left this review as it is, but unfortunately, I was ignored, so I have to do this.
I'm open to changing my opinion, but at least acknowledge my issue.
